Dr. Chad Carpenter
Dr. Chad Carpenter and his wife Allison moved to Rapid City in 2005 when Carpenter Dental was founded. Community involvement has always been a pillar of Dr. Carpenter’s life. He gave a decade of service to the Cornerstone Rescue Mission Board including 3 as board president. He has served as president of the Black Hills District Dental Society and was awarded South Dakota “Young Dentist of the Year” in 2014.
Dr. Carpenter spends at least 20 days a year furthering his knowledge of dentistry by taking continuing education courses around the country. This education has enabled him and his awesome team to be able to handle complex cases and reconstructive dentistry. He works with several local specialists in Rapid City, when needed, to achieve ideal outcomes for patients when the need arises. As a father of 6 children he enjoys family dentistry as well and has a special knack for getting kids through appointments fast when needed.
At home in addition to the children Dr. Carpenter and Allison have two dogs. They enjoy hiking, camping, going to the lake, cooking, music, reading and volunteering together.
Dr. Carpenter performs charity work at the St Francis Dental Mission and the Open Wide Foundation in Guatemala. He is a supporter of Young Life, Love INC, Club for Boys, Girls INC, WAVI, The Cornerstone Rescue Mission, United Way, Post 22, Post 320 and dozens of other amazing causes.
